Only two carriages in total, and not a single toilet. Jesus, this is even worse than the last beaten-up piece of tin they dared to call a train. I mean, sure, it’s only meant for short distances, but what kind of train doesn’t have a toilet?
There are people piling on behind me, already eyeing-up available seats like cattle with nowhere else to go. No way am I going to share with some snobby business executive. With my toilet cubicle idea discarded, I turn to plan ‘b’. I walk past the luggage compartment and take the first seat available at the start of the carriage, throwing my bag down onto the aisle sea
Are you there? Can you hear me?
I'm sorry for leaving a pile of empty
sweet wrappers in your car that
Day after day I see reminders of
you. They make my lungs collapse
and my stomach jump up to greet
them. But not because they remind
me of you. Rather, they remind
me that I have forgotten about
You were always good at
crosswords. I loved to sit by your
side and watch you scribble secret
answers to riddles onto newspaper
Pages of simple songs covered
your piano, where you spent hours
trying to learn to play them with
more than one finger. I tried to
learn too, when you no longer
could, but as was always my way,
I gave up

Terry Pratchett, the immensely popular British fantasy writer best known for his “Discworld” sci-fi/fantasy series, has died from a dementia and Alzheimer’s-related brain “embuggerance” (his term for it) at the relatively young age of 66. One of today’s most prolific authors (70 titles), he was Britain’s bestselling author of the 1990s, usurped shortly thereafter
No worries, it's actually insane how good it is I'm very jealous of how realistic the hair/eyebrows/eyelashes look, they're what I always struggle with the most. Amazing work!
Ahh no worries, I'm in complete and utter love with your NaruSasu fanfic! I thought it was such a good storyline, made me hate Naruto near the start! Especially loved the inclusion of the play, you've clearly thought it through, it's brilliant.
ffff thank you so much and for that other lovely comment you left on my page! (sorry for such a delay in getting back to you haha. i take my school really seriously and always tend to quit whatever i do online to focus on that. /derp derp) your comments have made me so happy!! ^ _ ^ me and a really good friend of mine worked together to come up with the storylines/plot and figure out the story together. i honestly think we may have spent more time planning than actually writing! (and boy that was A LONG time too haha!)
Ah don't worry about it, it's good you put school first No wonder it's a brilliant story then! I think you've characterised them brilliantly, and you handled the flashbacks & the significance of them really well. (I do a writing course so I appreciate all this technical stuff haha) Keep up the good work!
